Return Policy:
There is a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise returned / exchanged for any reason other than product defect or damage. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of any shipping damage. You must call our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number at 508-358-5353 x 3. If you refuse an order for any other reason than damage, defect, or the wrong item being shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $20 freight refusal fee plus the return shipping fee.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE CANCELLED OVER THE PHONE WITH A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Our customer service representative can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item has shipped the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.
- Items with visible packaging damage upon receipt should not be accepted. Notate the damage on the delivery invoice and refuse the package.
- You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item if your product is found to be damaged, upon opening the package
- Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
- Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging and product literature enclosed in the exact condition as received. For controls and other electronic items, the box must be unopened with original tape and seal.
